TIPS provides Project Alert, a prevention program for elementary and middle schools. Project Alert is a nationally recognized best practice, skill-building prevention curriculum.
Substance Abuse Assessments
TIPS utilizes the nationally recognized Global Appraisal of Individual Needs (GAIN) substance abuse assessment and ASAM patient placement criteria to provide accurate, comprehensive and reliable client assessment. These evidence-based services are provided at our agency sites, schools and probation offices.
Student Assistance Program
The student assistance, prevention and intervention services provide school-based screenings, full assessments, at-risk social skills groups, classroom and community prevention and intervention groups, "affected others" groups and recovery support groups.
School-ordered, court-ordered and private drug screens are available by appointment.
